I acknowledge that I have read, and agree that I will comply with, the Term's and Conditions, and only use the Developers Portal website and the Application Programming Interfaces (‘APIs’) for purposes which are relevant to my work, and are primarily in the nature of developing and testing software to integrate with the Department’s IT systems.

I will not do anything that may negatively impact the performance, availability or data integrity of the Developers Portal website and the Department’s APIs. I understand that the Department may suspend or terminate my access immediately, without notice, and for any reason, including where the Department suspects or determines that there has been unauthorised access or misuse of my user account, or any suspected or actual breach of the Terms and Conditions applicable to the Developers Portal website.
